There’s something about crisp mornings, colorful trees, historic brownstones, the Charles River, and that unmistakable New England feeling in the air. Boston seems to come alive in the fall — and honestly, it’s one of my favorite times to enjoy the city.

If you’re heading into Boston this weekend, here are a few things worth checking out:

🍁 Take a fall foliage walk through the Boston Common, Public Garden, Beacon Hill and along the Charles River Esplanade. Sometimes the best plans are simply wandering and taking it all in.

⚓ See the city from the water with a fall foliage cruise along the Charles or harbor. The views of Boston in autumn are hard to beat.

🎃 Check out the Downtown Boston Halloween Vintage Block Party

📍 Summer Street Plaza & Washington Street
Free admission + 60+ vendors, vintage finds, local brands, food trucks, live DJs, Halloween contests and plenty of fun things to discover.

Walk the Freedom Trail and experience a little Boston history along the way. There are official tours happening throughout the weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.
