I sell houses and shake your margaritas BUT In October I’m getting punched in the face.

Not a bucket list item either.
My Aunt Lynn survived cancer as a kid and spent her whole career fighting it for other people. Then my Uncle Paul. And still fight is Broeden. There’s so many affected that a caption would do no justice, my friends’ parents, their siblings, my coworkers — a list that keeps growing and never once asked permission.

I can’t cure anything. I can show up and fight for them, for their honor.
October 14th is the big night.

Onyx has a new favorite spot 🐾🛁

If you have a dog on the South Shore, you NEED to check out The Soapy Spot DIY Dog Wash & Pet Boutique in Rockland. The owner Kevin is genuinely one of a kind — knowledgeable about every single product in his shop, honest about what actually works, and he never rushes you through a bath. With a 90 lb German Shepherd and a coat this thick, that matters more than you’d think 😅

We’ve been coming here long enough to finally dial in what works for Onyx’s skin and coat, and that’s 100% thanks to Kevin letting us sample and test products instead of just guessing.

Full circle moment. 🖤

22 High Street — The Crown on High — was the very first project I ever walked into. It’s the one that initiated my start at EVO — where I met my developer boss and half my team for the first time.

Now, almost exactly a year later, we’re putting the finishing touches on it.

Watching this one come together has meant more to me than I can really put into words.
