A full ⭕️ moment with my client who recently made the move back to the city to buy this beautiful new construction unit at 54 Dorset Street! Thanks to and for the beautiful listing and making it so easy to close the first unit in the building!

We started discussing the move about 3 years ago and it gives me so much joy to see that he’s finally achieved his goal of coming back to the city after being out in Malden since 2018. It’s moments like these that I live for as a realtor. Congrats on new beginnings in your brand new home! Thank you for trusting in me to help you navigate buying and selling at the same time! 🙏🏼

Some clients come from online.
Some come from Barry’s 💪🏻

What started as a friendship through shared passion for fitness turned into helping these two find their first home. One of the first weekends we toured together we found the one that checked all the boxes and with a strategy fueled by some Barry’s endurance 🥵, got their offer accepted!

Now they’re officially homeowners on Jones Hill and I couldn’t be happier for them! Grateful when clients trust me with with such huge milestones especially when it starts organically ❤️. Can’t wait to see all you guys do to make it your home 🥰

So excited for my buyers to have beat out 12 other offers to secure this Pondside 💎!

In a competitive market, strategy matters. So does staying calm, moving decisively, and knowing when the right home is worth fighting for. Beyond excited for them to start this next chapter in one of Jamaica Plain’s most loved neighborhoods. 🏡🌿

Congrats also to and her sellers for being lovely to work with 🥳

Some stories take time…

I met Sammi and Josh three years ago as renters. We’ve stayed in touch and when it came time to buy we toured, strategized, and lost out in a few competitive markets.

But we stayed patient. Stayed focused. Stayed ready.

When the right opportunity came back around - an off-market home they’d been thinking about since it was on the market in 2023 - we moved with intention. No bidding war. No chaos. Just the right fit, at the right moment.

A true win-win for both sides - AND a full circle moment watching them step into a home they’d known was THE one.

Proof that the best outcomes aren’t always the fastest… they’re the ones that stick. It feels especially fulfilling to become friends through this process. Can’t wait to see all the personal touches you make as this becomes your new home!🏡✨
