JUST SOLD IN NATICK 🏡

Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on closing on their new home at 5 Loker Street! 🎉

This transaction was a great reminder that real estate is ultimately a relationship business. From the first showing through closing day, having trusted professionals on both sides of the table helped us navigate inspections, negotiations, and all of the details that come with getting a deal across the finish line.

Your appraisal came in low and your stomach just dropped.

Take a breath. This isn’t the end of the deal, it’s the start of a negotiation.

You can ask the seller to meet you at the new number, cover the gap yourself if the math works, or challenge the appraisal with stronger comps. Some buyers even order a second one. And if your contract has an appraisal contingency, walking away is always on the table.

A low appraisal feels like a closed door, but most of the time it’s just a detour.
