Parking in the city is rough, and buying a home doesn’t automatically solve it.

Deeded parking means that spot is legally yours, you can even sell or rent it separately.

An assigned condo spot isn’t the same as owning it.
And in places like the North End or Beacon Hill, plenty of homes have no off-street parking at all, just a resident permit and street luck.

Always ask what kind of parking comes with a listing. It matters more than people think.

Before you land, we narrow your search to neighborhoods that actually fit your life, not just the ones you’ve heard of. You land with a short list of homes ready to walk through, not wandering into random open houses.

And leave time to just be in the neighborhood. Grab coffee nearby, walk around at your actual commute time, see what the street feels like on an ordinary Tuesday. That tells you more than any single house tour will.

Sometimes the right house is closer than you think… literally across the street. 🏡

The listings still on the market by late summer have usually been passed over for a reason.

Less competition doesn’t automatically mean a better deal. It means you need someone who can tell you which of those homes are actually worth a second look, and which ones are still sitting for good reason.

That’s not something you can figure out checking in once a season. It takes someone tracking this market daily.
