Garden-level condos in Back Bay have a certain charm… but there’s more to consider.

They’re typically priced lower than upper-level units - for a reason.

Less natural light, closer to street level, and potential moisture concerns.

But they can also offer what others don’t -
private outdoor space, easy access, and more space for the price.

In today’s Greater Boston market, buyers are weighing lifestyle + long-term value - not just aesthetics.
It all comes down to how it’s priced and positioned.

You’re not “settling” for the suburbs. You’re outsmarting the cost.

The Boston lifestyle without the Boston price tag is real, you just have to look 10 miles out.

Quincy if you want the Red Line and a view of the water.

Malden if you want square footage and a food scene that’s actually good.

Medford now that the Green Line extension changed the math.

Watertown if you want Cambridge energy without writing a Cambridge check.
