Building a plan is the first step, even if you think you are far away from homeownership starting to familiarize yourself with the process will put you ahead. You will be surprised to learn home ownership could very much be within reach sooner than you think, especially with the help of an FHA loan. What you need to get pre-approved -

✅ 1-2 months of pay stubs
✅ Past 2 years tax returns
✅ 2 years of W2’s
Tip - Stay on top of your credit score as this can swing the interest rate you’ll get quoted for your loan.
