Kicking off 2021 strong 🔥 Long time coming for this 14 unit in Somerville but it serves as a great way to start the year off, about two weeks in now.

It’ll be a great investment property for our investor, who will update the units as a buy and hold. Our seller will be moving on to bigger buildings!
