Join our team at a leading asset recovery firm specializing in the retrieval of tax surplus funds for individuals and financial institutions. Our collaborative approach involves partnering with county agencies, conducting thorough research, and effectively challenging lienholder claims to optimize financial recovery for our clients.
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who is passionate about engaging in challenging and dynamic work, embraces continuous learning, and possesses flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of successful experience as an ISA
-Preference for candidates with real estate experience, particularly in Surplus Funds and Tax Overage
-Proven track record of successful appointment setting and deal closures, aiming for 5-10 contracts weekly through diverse communication channels such as text, call, and email
-Ability to expertly nurture leads from initial contact to closure
-Experience with Follow-up Boss CRM is a definite plus
