Finding the right house is only PART of it. What about homeowners insurance?? Property taxes after the sale?? Flood zones?? HOA fees?? Hurricane deductibles?? Even your CAR insurance looks different once you move here!! 😳
And living just 15 minutes farther west can completely change your commute, your lifestyle, and your access to everything you moved to Florida to ENJOY!! 🏡
