We're Hiring: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Rockstar Wanted!
Are you passionate about people, love building genuine relationships, and thrive on turning connections into win-win deals? If you're a licensed realtor (MA & NH required) who enjoys chatting with folks in person and on the phone, we've got an exciting opportunity for you!
In this role, you'll be the go-to person in the real estate investing world – hunting for off-market and on-market opportunities through investor communities, social media, meetups, vendor outreach, inbound leads, and MLS searches. You'll also get all our retail leads from marketing efforts to convert into listings, manage your CRM like a pro, stay active on social, email/call prospects, and drive serious revenue.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
Building partnerships with investors, realtors, rehabbers, and vendors in your region
Turning inbound retail leads into listing wins
Negotiating contracts that set up strong, long-term relationships
Prospecting and growing a pipeline of lasting partnerships
Hitting (and crushing!) monthly goals
Teaming up with our Acquisition & Lead Managers for smooth deal closes
Helping shape best practices and improve our game
Keeping communication flowing via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
Becoming the "celebrity" go-to expert everyone knows and trusts!
What we're looking for:
You genuinely LOVE talking to people (in person and on the phone!)
Sales experience is a big plus
Super disciplined with consistent follow-ups
Excellent communication & sales skills
Creative thinker who spots win-win opportunities
Outstanding work ethic + attention to detail
Coachable, adaptable, and ready to grow
Active real estate license in MA and/or NH (must-have!)
