Some big changes month over month in the Boston market. Single Fams and Condo listings have seen sharp increases in the inventory. Especially Singles seeing over 47% increase. Falling in line with the inventory increase the average list price has come down month over month almost 10% for both categories. Multi Families saw an increase in inventory 15% and saw an increase in average list prices up 21% month over month.

Month over month in all of Boston we've seen sharp declines in the single family and multi family market and a slight increase in the condo market. All categories have seen modest increases in the average list price. Expect more of the same as we head into a very competitive spring market.
