August wrapped up with 2 closings, 6 lease-ups, and $965,295 in closed sales volume. 🔑🏡✨

Some of these transactions started behind the scenes in July and early August, but by August 31 the work was done, leases secured, closings completed, and families preparing for their next chapter.

This month included buyers, landlords, student groups, a returning citizen, an at-risk youth, and community housing partnerships. Every transaction looked a little different, but the goal stayed the same: helping people find a place to call home.

I’m grateful for every client, landlord, referral partner, and family who trusted me along the way. 💛

Last one out the door and off to college! 🎓❤️ Following in the footsteps of his mom, auntie and uncle. I may not have taken the college path myself, but I’m so proud to say that all three of my children, and now my grandson chose to pursue higher education. Nana is beyond proud. 💛✨
