Two Beacon Hill penthouses. Private listings. Coming soon.

Both are 2 bedroom homes. One offers 2 full baths, the other 1.5 baths. Each features a private roof deck with sweeping 360° views over the Boston skyline.

This is the kind of inventory that rarely becomes available, and almost never at the same time.

If Beacon Hill has been on your radar, this is a unique opportunity to get in early.

DM me for details and private access.

Back Bay under $600K is rare… but not impossible.

I toured three options today, and each one offers a very different way into one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods.

If you’ve been waiting for an entry point into Back Bay, this might be it.

Which one would you choose?

Cherry blossoms. Magnolia trees. Beacon Street in full bloom.

This is Boston at its best and exactly why so many people fall in love with living here.

Spring is one of the most active times in the market, and it’s not just about inventory. It’s about lifestyle, timing, and seeing the city come alive again.

Three years ago I took on a full gut renovation
inside and out

What started as a project quickly became a masterclass in construction, budgeting, timelines, and decision making

This experience is exactly why I guide my clients differently today

I understand what’s behind the walls
what adds real value
and where projects can go off track

Renovation isn’t just design
it’s strategy

If you’re considering a project, investment, or value-add opportunity, having the right perspective matters

Because the right property isn’t just about what it is today
it’s about what it can become

If you’re thinking about buying an investment property, vacation home on the cape and or renovating one, let’s talk.

Just went under contract at 150 Appleton in the South End ✨

This one moved fast… multiple offer scenario and serious competition right out of the gate. My buyers stayed strategic, stayed calm, and we got it done.

So excited for them and looking forward to a smooth closing in June 🏡

92 Chestnut Street on the Flat of Beacon Hill offers a rare opportunity to own a piece of Boston history. Originally home to the Warren Museum of Natural History in the mid 1800s, the property once housed the famed Warren Mastodon before it was relocated to the Museum of Natural History in New York.

Today, this distinguished four story townhouse spans nearly 6,000 square feet across three units and is offered at $6M. An exceptional offering with potential for luxury condominium conversion, investment, or a remarkable single family residence.

Properties with this level of provenance rarely come to market.

Under Contract! Not surprised this lovely turnkey and completely renovated 1 BR in back bay did not last very long on the market! My very talented seller painted this painting over the summer and I think she captured the detail beautifully 🥰. This building was once owned by Charles Francis Adams and his wife Mary Hone. It was built in 1887. “The most conspicuous feature of the design is a very large circular tower on the corner, which rises to a steep, conical red roof of red slate tiles and dominates the whole building” the interior was “vastly, comfortable, pleasant, cheerful, luxurious, even but not in the least ostentatious way with a home like air, an interior, which suggests refinement and leisure.” Boston evening transcript, December 17, 1887. I just love that’s what makes Boston so special and unique!
