Some causes hit especially close to home.

Wilder was proud to support Par for a Cure, a cause with a deeply personal connection, raising funds for gene therapy research and treatment for children living with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD).

For the Dion family, owner of Dion’s Fine W**e & Liquors, coming soon to Crossing at Walkers Brook, the mission is personal. Two of their three children were diagnosed with LGMD and became the first two children in the world to receive this groundbreaking treatment.

A special thank you to everyone involved, including Sara Marsh of Bialow Real Estate and Alden Bush of Newmark, for supporting such an important cause.

We're honored to play a small part in helping to make a difference.

This summer, our fantastic interns Dhillon Wilde, Abby Pedersen, James McManus, Abby Hebert and Ben Conviser jumped into the fast-moving world of commercial real estate, working across marketing, accounting, property management, and leasing. They took on projects, learned by doing, and brought a fresh perspective to teams across Wilder.

We believe the next generation of industry leaders learns best through experience, and this group made the most of every opportunity.

After 20+ years at the Prudential Center, we're preparing for a new chapter.
As our team gets ready to move into a new space, we're taking a moment to reflect on our journey so far and the relationships that have shaped it.

A new address is on the horizon (more on that next week), but what defines Wilder isn't where we work; it's how we work. Through collaboration, idea-sharing, and a commitment to finding solutions tailored to each property, we create places that reflect the unique character of the communities they serve.

Some chapters deserve a proper send-off.
Late last week, the Wilder team gathered at the stunning View Boston celebrate the close of a chapter that spanned more than 20 years at the Prudential Center.
While a few teammates couldn't make it, the spirit of our entire team was certainly present as we reflected on where we've been, celebrated the people who got us here, and looked ahead to what's next from our new home at 745 Boylston Street.
