Tenant Space Spotlight: Arctic Tide

Arctic Tide, formerly known as Capital Growth
Management, has held its headquarters at
International Place since 1989. Earlier this year, founder and CEO Kenneth Heebner moved his offices from the 45th floor of One International Place to an intricately designed 2,291-square- foot space on the 31st floor.

The new Arctic Tide office beautifully encompasses
traditional interiors with the highest quality finishes and craftsmanship.

As we conclude 2024, The Chiofaro Company is thrilled to share an update on the transformation of International Place. This comprehensive master plan unfolds in three phases and includes significant enhancements and upgrades throughout the buildings.

Phase I has been completed, with the exception of the exterior entrance of One International Place. The Two International Place entry and the lobbies of both towers were finalized in September. We have since progressed to the Amenity Phase and Phase II of the project, which focus on creating a one-of-a-kind 20,000+ sf tenant amenity space and renovating the “IP Commons”, along with the Fort Hill Plaza grand entrance.

Tomorrow, International Place and The Chiofaro Company will host an afternoon of holiday cheer.

Beginning 12/11 at noon, the lobbies of One and Two International Place will offer entertainment to complement the annual holiday decor. Lunch will be provided to all tenants via the invitation distributed.

On Tuesday,  December 10th, our new  , Kristen Rydberg of will be in the lobby by our beehive between 11:00 a.m. and Noon, offering samples of from this year’s honey harvest at .

Stop by and learn about the process, including how the bees survive extreme temperatures, and get an update on how our resident Queen Bee, Bee-Yonce, fared throughout the season and what lies ahead for her.

International Place will be collecting toys for its Holiday Toy Drive.  This program allows you to bring Christmas joy to needy children through the donation of new, unwrapped toys. 

Please drop off contributions at the collection toy baskets located in One and Two International Place any time between now and December 20th.  Please note that we will be unable to accept any toys after December 20th.
