Out with the old, in with the new. Literally. We tore down the original house and built from the ground up. Still fun to look at the original living and dining rooms compared to what is now standing at 203 Renfrew Street - Arlington, MA.
My favorite parts: living room built-ins and all those windows in the dining room.
Currently under agreement with a last asking price of $2,399,900 🏷️ and set to close at the end of this month.
Looks like it’s time to find our next Arlington project!

I had the biggest first half to a year in my real estate career:

Thank you to all my clients for putting your trust in my ability to guide you through the buying and selling your homes.
As the post above said, everything this year has been either from my personal sphere of people I know OR referrals - which speaks volumes that past clients, friends, and business partners have enough confidence in my services to send me those closest to them. I can’t thank you enough.
However, we did not come this far to only come this far!
We have a whole second half of 2026 and many clients who need to buy and sell homes.

Parker has officially graduated from Brackett Elementary School! End of an era. 6 years flew by in the blink of an eye, and I wish I could slow down time. But you can’t. You can only take time each day to enjoy the moments.
I told Parker about a month ago (after he was complaining about going to school) to enjoy the last few weeks, in particular the recess time with his friends where they play football every day.
No one tells you when you graduate elementary school that things change the next year. No more recess. More homework. More responsibility. You might be in 8th grade when you talk to a friend and say “hey remember back in 5th grade when we’d play football at recess”….
I hope he listened, because next year will be different. As kids we always want to be older, to sit in the front seat, stay up later, drive, go to college, etc. Then you’re an adult, and all you want is to have lunch with a friend because it’s so rare.
If you made it this far, 1. thank you for reading! And 2. Remember to enjoy as many little moments as you can with your kids, because they grow up too fast.
