It is with great sadness to inform you that our very own cooperative member and board member Patrick Maloney passed away on December 15th. We will miss his dedication and support on the board and his friendliness and compassion towards his neighbors/friends. He was a wonderful person and a great artist.

Dear Fensgaters;

Patrick Martin Maloney

November 24, 1951-December 15, 2022

Patrick joined the Fensgate community in
2019 and immediately found friends and
inspiration among his new neighbors and
surroundings. Patrick worked as a
concierge in the Back Bay, and the short
walk home at the end of the day meant he
could return to his true passion: making art.
A New Hampshire native who studied
painting with Sigmund Abeles at UNH,
Patrick showed his work all over the
Northeast, most recently at Speedway
Gallery in Allston last May.

This was taken yesterday by our wonderful neighbor Patrick Maloney. Hawk was visiting the Fensgate Cooperative side door ramp on top of our beautiful lamp.
Love seeing these Hawks around our neighborhood.
