With everything on the line, I shot a late-night text to Gederson at 9 PM asking if he could help me out in the morning and get some units touched up and ready for closing.

His reply? — “Send me the address and lockbox code. I’ll be there first thing.”

Zero hesitation, No questions about what we’re doing or how much he’s getting paid. Just someone who shows up when it matters most.

After more than a decade in this business, I’ve been fortunate to cross paths with some incredible people. When the stakes are high, he’s the guy you want on your team.
