Congrats to my buyers for getting their offer accepted on this beautiful previously renovated single family home in Norton. We actually didn't make the first round although my client's wife thought we would be hearing good news. Turns out, we did, albeit a week later because the other buyer got cold feet! They are excited to get the ball rolling and closing asap so they can move into their forever home!

Congrats to my buyers for getting to the closing table on this incredible Melrose single family. I'm so excited for their move and am so happy we were able to negotiate the purchase price down by $200k from their asking and nearly $400k off the original asking price! There were some slight hiccups but with our great team, we had were able to close timely!
