Hi all I am posting this late. But a lot of people during hurricane is either homeless or in need. My company is hosting an event in East Boston for a spin class and it cost only $30 to join. A large portion is going to KW Cares which helps families in need

Let’s this resonate for those that think there is a crash coming. Properties have only dropped 7 times since 1942.

It’s always a good time to buy. The advantages are that your tax basis lowers. . This itemized deduction allows homeowners to subtract mortgage interest from their taxable income, lowering the amount of taxes they owe. Also there is a residential exemption if you live in city of Boston of $3500 and other towns outside of city have this as well but you have to check.

So don’t wait in sidelines. It’s smarter to buy than rent.

Brookline is one of the most expensive cities to live in with the highest taxes and they want to limit rents. This is some socialist bu****it. How about lower taxes, lower insurance and all utilities to make it affordable so landlords dont have to raise rent.

Rent control does not work. It has never worked.

It may have not made it on to the 2024 ballot — but rent control is still top of mind for many in the greater Boston area. To get around the ballot measure, the town of Brookline, Massachusetts, approved a rent control measure overnight, but the effort is not set in stone yet. Town meeting members...

This is the place to be and live. These units are luxury and very spacious and comfortable. They feel like a home and all have out door spaces.

The N End in Boston is great because of all the amazing restaurants and desert places to go to. Great little cozy shops literally feels like uou are in Italy enjoying a nice dinner. The canolies are amazing and my personal favorite the lobster claw.

Worth visiting and buying in this part of town.
