The company was founded by Kirsten McEleney and Michael Welsh after working together on several new construction developments and investment property transactions. Kirsten is an active and aggressive agent with a high volume of residential and investment property sales, as well as an investor and developer on several projects. Michael is the company’s general counsel, he has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction, and advises the firm on legal matters, underwriting, and business strategies. Our wide-ranging experience in real estate, construction and development enables us to add value to every transaction. We look forward to servicing our clients and building lasting relationships.
