To: Honorable Mayor William De Blasio I am writing this e-mail to you about a problem that I have been having with NYC HOUSING CONNECT Upon completing an application for the housing for the newly built developments in NYC I had discovered that I had submitted some incorrect information, and this information could be the deciding factor as to whether I may get an apartment through HPD. I had contac

ted another city agency, and I was told to contact HPD, and ask to speak to Mr. Doron Taleporos, and I had tried to contact him over a three week period, and he never returned my call but he did take the time to send me an e-mail, about a matter that didnt even pertain to the help, and assistance which I so desperately needed, and that was to ask him to correct the problem, and because I never received any response from him I called 311 to send a complaint to your office. Then later on 2/12/2016 around 6:04 pmMs. Margret Brown from HPD called me, and I explained the situation to her, and she was quiet, and I believe it was because she didnt know what to say, because she hung up the telephone on me. I kept my composure. I didnt yell or scream, or raise my voice to her that would have caused her to hang up on me, and around 6:30 pm Ms. Brown called back, and tried to tell me that the information couldnt be corrected. I believe that her response was scripted, and I very much beg to differ with her, but I didnt tell her that because the proof is in the pudding, because on the sitethere is an area that says More Info, and when you click on it a message pops up that says 1 NYCHA to be considered for the NYCHA preferance be sure to complete, or update the CURRENT LIVING SITUATION, in step 7 of Edit-Profile-Create Profile. Now this tells me that the information on the apartments which I had put on the incorrect online information on can be very easily corrected. The reason that I say this is because this More Info is next to apartments which I never applied for, so if an updated profile can work for apartments that I had never applied for. It could most certainly could work for the apartments that I had applied for. Mayor De Blasio I would most happily appreciate if you could have a member of your staff go to HPD very unexpectedly, and look into my application to validate the information which I just gave you.Leonard Boyles SS245-21-7610 God Bless You Mayor Honorable Mayor William De Blasio.

Good Morning Honorable Mayor William De Blasio My name is Leonard Boyles. I have been around this way before. I'm just simply asking that all of my previously entered applications that I have filed on-line be bought up to date. Everyone tells one story but the fact remains that this can be done. If that were not the case, why does the on-line page ask for More Info, and it says Update section number 7. Last week Ms.Carmen Martino said that she was sending papers to me, which I thought were papers that I thought were to get proof from my psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital, which is the best hospital in the world. I thought these papers would be going to my Doctor there Dr. Ronald Schouten, of the psychiatry 815 outpatient clinic located at Massachusetts General Hospital. I spoke to Ms. Carmen Martino yesterday, because I didn't receive any papers. Ms. Carmen Martino said that she was going to contact someone to make sure that these papers were sent, but she wasn't quite sure of what the nature of these papers would be. I have to wonder with the inability of Mr. Doron Taleporos failure to return my calls for over a month, and whats going on right now. If I had said that I were to have said that I were White, would I be going through all of this nonsense, and when I even bought all of this information to your office for a resolution. There has been absolutely no resolution. I would like to most humbly ask of you again to give me satisfaction to a very simple problem, in which I will believe that I have been treated fairly, because right now as I compose this letter I feel that Ive not been treated fairly. The very first apartment that I applied for was around 3/8/2015, and that was the Frontier apartments located on east 93rd street, and now it doesn't even show that I applied for this apartment, and every single apartment that I had applied to after this first apartment. Now all of that information has disappeared, and this stinks to high heaven. Now Honorable Mayor William De Blasio I ask of you personally to get involved. If you haven't already got involved with it, and this is the reason that the history doesn't reflect that I have applied for these apartments that I have already applied for. I'm just asking for a simple resolution to all of this nonsense.

Dear Honorable Mayor William De Blasio My name is Leonard Boyles. I have been writing complaints to you since last friday regarding HPD. Today I was contacted by Mr. William Hernandez, and Mr. Doron Taleporos, and Mr. Hernandez was speaking rather loudly, and Mr Taleporos was behind him speaking also. They said the same thing that a application couldnt be corrected, and I begged to differ with them, because on my application it says more info, and also there is a section that says edit profile. Now next to some of the apartments that I have applied for it says More Info, and when I click on that it tells me to go to edit profile, and make changes that are needed, so that more information is given so that a determination could be made. So as I was mentioning that Mr. Hernandez, and Mr. Taleporos were getting to loud for me. Plus I didnt like the fact that they were trying to make a fool out of me. I attended college, and I can read with full understanding, and thats the reason that I begged to differ with them, an also with the tone of voice that they were using, because I was not going to be drawn into an argument with them, because an argument needs more than one person to be considered an argument. So I told Mr. Hernandez that I was ending the call. Mayor De Blasio please send a group of people from your staff over to HPD, and have them look into my account, and this will totally validate my point of view, because something wrong is going on over at HPD, and obviously it has been going on for a while, and thats why the staff there feels so comfortable in doing the unsavory practices that they have been doing over there. Please Mayor De Blasio if you have to personally have to go over there, and investigate, and look into mt account, and you will quickly understand just exactly what Im speaking about. I smell something very foul coming from HPD, and it stinks to high heaven, and Im not going to stop complaining until this matter is totally resolved. How strange I had been trying to contact Mr. Taleporos for over a month, and now he is available.Mayor De Blasio please solve this position once, and for all.
