That’s part of why we’d love to bring roller skating back to the city in a big way this summer.

The Downtown Worcester BID and the City of Worcester, Massachusetts are now seeking an experienced operator to run a weekly outdoor roller skating program at the Worcester Common Oval for Summer 2026.

We’re looking for a partner who can bring both strong operations and creative, community-centered programming to the table and help turn this into a fun, welcoming, high-energy summer tradition in the heart of the city.

The selected operator will independently manage a 10-week Friday night series from June 26 through August 28, typically from 6–9 pm, with room for themed nights, partnerships, and creative programming throughout the season.

The operator will be responsible for skate rentals, staffing, setup and breakdown, safety, sound and music, marketing, and overall program operations, and will retain all revenue from admissions and rentals.

Trump wants to erase that cap so even if someone makes a million in profit, they'd keep all of it.
