Transparency matters, and we believe our impact should be easy to see. That’s why we share the progress behind our commitment to more efficient and stronger communities.

In 2025, our efforts included saving more than 170 million gallons of water, producing 4,500 MWh of renewable energy, and expanding our network to 1,418 EV charging ports across 136 properties.

Through GIVE, our associates contributed more than 2,600 volunteer hours, donated 750 bears and raised more than $48,000 for GIVE a Bear, while also contributing nearly $6,900 to our OneTeamGIVES Fund.
