Technology innovation is something that fascinates me and it's amazing to see how quickly technology becomes more apart of our daily lifestyle.

Furthermore, this article does a great job in explaining the increase in demand for home improvements, specifically kitchen remodeling, during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Touchless technology, voice automation and app-controlled appliances are bringing kitchens into the digital age.

Great article regarding the leading firm using "Ibuying". It will be interesting to see how firms like this innovate and change over the years to come and how they will effect the industry as a whole.

For those new to the concept of iBuyers, they essentially use an algorithm to do valuations of properties and buy/place offers on properties within 6-8% of their price and charge a fee off the sale price, similar to a Realtor. This particular firm accounted for .5% of the US property sales last year.

Although some see them as a threat, I welcome the innovation into the industry and am interested to see how Realtors and Ibuyer companies will coexist in the future.

Opendoor’s value soared to $18 billion after merging with S**C. It’s now trading publicly on Nasdaq.
