In a privately-brokered transaction, I represented my client in the purchase of his neighbor's home in Scituate. As my client and their neighbor had an incredible, decades-long relationship, I was honored that they "let me in" as an outsider to help make this dream of theirs happen. That takes an enormous amount of trust, and I do not take that for granted.

I am proud that we found the win-wins: my client wanted another home close by for their family, and the seller wanted to take their ice cold Massachusetts purchasing power down to warm, sunny Florida.
