Two of my clients are officially nearing the finish line, and I couldn’t be more excited for them.

I might have been a little quiet online, but that’s because I’ve had my head down WORKING. This week we secured two separate accepted offers for two different sets of clients, and couldn’t be more excited for them.

We’ve been in the market searching for homes that truly made sense, and settling was never an option. When the right properties showed up, we locked in with strong, intentional offers. Both sets of clients have already completed inspections and both are actively moving toward closing.
