Haven't thought about Thanksgiving? Here's a recipe for Stuffing:

Ingredients:

1 loaf cubed bread (about 8 cups)
½ cup butter
1 onion, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups chicken or veggie broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sauté onion & celery in butter until soft.
In a bowl, mix bread cubes, veggies, broth & seasoning.
Spread in a greased baking dish.
Bake 30–35 min until golden & crispy on top.
