A Memory Café is for those living with memory loss, their loved ones and care partners, and they center on educating and engaging with communities in a wide range of interesting activities each month. Don’t be like Chad 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is an updated version of a post I shared a few years ago, and it's a true story. Chad really doesn't like debt and hoped to buy a house without taking out a loan. But with the recent increase in real estate prices, he's now stuck in a tricky situation.

Saving for years to buy a house outright might not be the best advice anymore, at least in my view.
