Some closings are extra special✨

Nick + Ilana were referred to us by friends/clients, had a baby on the way, and were looking for the kind of home that could actually grow with them.

n.boston had her eye on this Medway home before it even hit the market, got them an early look at the photos + floor plan, and made sure they were the first ones through the door. That head start mattered.
