ever about just closing a deal; it is about helping people improve their lives. The industry has changed greatly since I entered in 2008. A consumer doesn't need an agent to tell them where the nearest train station, elementary school, newest coffee shop, or local farmers market is. I know you can find that information at your finger tips with the technology we all currently carry. Heck, you don't even need me to necessarily find you the property you are interested in or tell you when the open house is - many of my clients find that on their own. You certainly don't need me to walk you through a home and say "And here is the kitchen . . . . . While I love touring property and helping my clients find the right home I know they don't NEED me for that. However, my clients value me for my expertise in the process and negotiating skills. Sometimes, in the current market, those negotiating skills are knowing that you may have to bid over asking price. I specialize in helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate in the Greater Boston area. But what I really do is save you time, money, reduce stress, manage the process, and have YOUR back at all times. The financial district values continue to plummet, even if there is more activity in the marketplace.

This is going to cause more headaches for Boston’s budget in the future and Boston Policy Insitute, Inc is doing tremendous coverage on that. Go follow them.

But, the region and state need to be cautious about how this plays out too. Nothing happens in a vacuum.

Blessed with amazing clients on this cute spot in Lynn.

They did some serious work to declutter and stylize the home as well as some exterior projects. A little paint and mulch do wonders for curb appeal.

This was a fantastic sale and it’s special to get to help our neighbors throughout the North Shore.

If you’re searching for a home it is beyond brutal out there in the burbs. Buckle up. Be patient. Don’t stop. Write the offer. Write another. And another. Keep writing them. Keep looking. No days off. Expand the search location. Whittle the features to the bare minimum. Look at old inventory. Maybe cry. Definitely laugh. Head to towns you’ve never heard of. Wait in line. And be ready to just keep fu***ng going.
