Many people live and die by the saying that real estate is a numbers game; while numbers play a large part, it is my opinion, that real estate is more of a relationship business. Successful real estate transactions thrive on trust - where sellers, buyers, and their agents work toward a common goal. There is nothing more important in my work than bringing people to the right next step. My work is n
ever about just closing a deal; it is about helping people improve their lives. The industry has changed greatly since I entered in 2008. A consumer doesn't need an agent to tell them where the nearest train station, elementary school, newest coffee shop, or local farmers market is. I know you can find that information at your finger tips with the technology we all currently carry. Heck, you don't even need me to necessarily find you the property you are interested in or tell you when the open house is - many of my clients find that on their own. You certainly don't need me to walk you through a home and say "And here is the kitchen . . . . . While I love touring property and helping my clients find the right home I know they don't NEED me for that. However, my clients value me for my expertise in the process and negotiating skills. Sometimes, in the current market, those negotiating skills are knowing that you may have to bid over asking price. I specialize in helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate in the Greater Boston area. But what I really do is save you time, money, reduce stress, manage the process, and have YOUR back at all times. If you are in need of a real estate agent that will devote 110% effort to your needs be it for residential sales, investment sales, or apartment hunting please do not hesitate to contact me.
