Proud to celebrate The Ellis Block in New Britain being recognized as a 2026 Connecticut Preservation Awards recipient by Preservation Connecticut. This adaptive reuse project transformed the long‑vacant Landers, Frary & Clark factory into 154 affordable and workforce apartments—one of the largest affordable residential adaptive reuse projects in Connecticut. It's a powerful example of how historic preservation and community impact can go hand in hand.
