Today is Adam Shamus - Realtor, SRES, CDS’s birthday, which means we’re contractually obligated to admit he’s the funniest one here.

If you’ve met Adam, you know. He has a way of making things feel lighter, and you’re always glad to run into him.

He’s been stepping into a leadership role at the office, and it’s made a real difference in how the team runs. He’s the person you want in the room when something needs sorting out.

We’re glad he’s on this team, and gladder to call him a friend. Here’s to another year of Adam.

Drop him a birthday note in the comments 🎂

Say hello to Yayesh! our new Marketing, Events & Business Administration intern and the newest creative mind on the team 🇪🇸

Originally from Madrid, Yayesh recently graduated with a degree in Advertising & Public Relations and is joining us full of energy, ready to bring fresh ideas and support the team wherever she can.

She’s coming in with plenty of ideas for the team and, above all, a real eagerness to learn and dive into the real estate world from a marketing lens.

Warm, curious, and always up for the next adventure, Yayesh is happiest outside the house: traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family. When she’s not brainstorming content ideas, you’ll find her planning her next trip, catching up with the people she loves, or missing her cat back home more than she’ll admit.

Help us give her a warm welcome in the comments! ⬇️

Over 200 artists, more than 60 sites, studios and galleries and living rooms open across JP all weekend. All free.

Proud to be part of this JP tradition that’s been going for over 30 years. See you there!
