Chris has a two-year-old golden retriever, a marathon habit, and a running club that meets at a brewery, which tells you basically everything you need to know about him. Chris has lived in West Roxbury for several years with his wife Amanda (they got married at the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard!).
He’s been working with buyers, sellers, and renters across Greater Boston for the last three years, so he knows this market. Before that, he ran the UK arm of a New Zealand sustainability business, winning large-scale commercial real estate contracts, and earlier oversaw the $1.5 billion redevelopment of an old power plant into luxury condominiums as a Contracts Coordinator. He understands buildings, he understands deals, and he speaks the language of people who care about what goes into a home, not just what it looks like on the surface.
But honestly, the thing that makes Chris great to work with is simpler than any of that. He grew up in London and lived in Chicago, New York, and Vancouver before landing in Boston. When a buyer tells him they’re nervous, he’s not nodding along to be polite. He’s been that person. He gets it in a way that’s hard to fake.
