🚨Eastie Condo market🚨

East Boston currently has 164 condos sitting on the market with very little activity. It is probably the biggest “buyers market” anywhere in Massachusetts right now. Everything from older condos to brand new construction are not selling.

If you’re interested in buying a condo in Eastie I could get you an awesome rate and your closing cost covered. You would only have to come out of pocket for your down payment.

Hit me up!

-Congratulations to my buyer! We beat out 7 offers to get this property for my clients. We weren’t the highest either. Strategy, qualified buyers, and a good team got this deal done.

🏡Congratulations🏡

-S/O to my restaurant industry people making big moves! This closed months ago and I forgot to post it 😂

-The next few months will be the best time to sell all year long. The spring market is the best time to maximize your equity. Don’t be foolish and wait until the summer or fall to sell.

IT IS A HUGE MISTAKE
