The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street is a self-governing artist live-work cooperative in downtown Boston, in the heart of the vibrant Fort Point Arts Community (FPAC). The historic building, a former wool warehouse, also houses the FPAC Gallery, several businesses and a café. The cooperative is structured in a limited-equity format to maintain affordability of the 47 artist live-work residences over time.
