But, by far the most complaints from those opposed to Airbnb and Short Term Rentals involved parties, too many guests, and noise! This works for me: My rules say "if you throw a party I kick you out w the help of 911 or the STAFF AT AIRBNB if necessary and you forfeit the rest of the rent you paid and possibly your deposit" and "Per city ordinance only two guests per bedroom" "Inside voices after 10pm and quiet after 11pm" and "this is a no-smokers property" AND WE DO ALLOW "parties", our caterer or yours w our permission, OR a member of our staff is a guest at the party from beginning to end. I'm contemplating adding appropriate security cameras focused on all entrances. And maybe I'll invest in the:
