Adam has been operating in the real estate industry since he was eighteen after first getting his start by apprenticing for his Aunt who has built a successful career of over 30 years. By leveraging the knowledge he gained from an early age, Adam hit the ground running when he became a licensed real estate agent. He has now been servicing the greater Boston area for over five years and is looking

forward to continuing to help his clients with their wide-ranging real estate needs. Adam has always had a passion for homes and interior design, but knew he wanted to obtain a degree in the business field prior to obtaining his real estate license. In addition to his real estate education and qualifications, Adam has a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance. From his experiences as a REALTOR®, Project Coordinator, and Junior Paralegal he is well-versed in organization, communication, finance and negotiation. Adam does everything he can to give back to the local community through donating to various charities and non profits in the Greater Boston area. In his spare time, Adam loves to cook, write, and listen to music. He has a 10 year old American Staffordshire Terrier who loves the dog park and going on long hikes in NH & ME.

This event is inspired by real conversations happening in our industry. Some agents have expressed the need to be re-energized, some are doing all the right things… but want accountability. We figured we would host our version of a ‘prospecting clinic’, but make it fun! Affirmations, script practice, and hitting the phones. Back to basics! We have a wall-mounted bell to celebrate successes, and might have a prize or two. ;-)

One thing I tell our agents all the time: if you don’t take care of yourself, it’s hard to take care of everyone else. This weekend‘s paddleboard yoga class was the perfect reminder to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the moment. Big thanks for the best experience as always!! July 2026's market stats have arrived! Shown here are the updated numbers for single family properties in Salem, MA. Pretty much every stat stayed very level from June to July, from number of new listings, number of sold listings, to even $/SQFT. However, the biggest difference is that the list price to sale price ratio increased about 3% (even higher than it already was!) showing that the single family market in Salem is still HOT HOT HOT. July 2026's market stats have arrived! Shown here are the updated numbers for single family properties in Beverly, MA. WOW! So, the sale price to list price ratio increased by 4% (which, it was already high!) showing that the single family market in Beverly is still HOT. Additionally, the number of sold listings and overall sales volume drastically increased. A LOT of closings happened, mostly from listings that come on the market in the end of Spring/early Summer. New listings and sold listings are DOWN, and median days on market are UP, highlighting a bit of a 'Summer Slowdown'.
