Adam has been operating in the real estate industry since he was eighteen after first getting his start by apprenticing for his Aunt who has built a successful career of over 30 years. By leveraging the knowledge he gained from an early age, Adam hit the ground running when he became a licensed real estate agent. He has now been servicing the greater Boston area for over five years and is looking

forward to continuing to help his clients with their wide-ranging real estate needs. I'm happy to share that I received my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certificate from the National Association of REALTORS®!

This course focuses on both understanding and using CMAs, honing your pricing skills and practices, and about the Code of Ethics as it relates to pricing. I consider pricing strategy and marketing strategy two of my strengths, but this course was great to refine those skills and to practice navigating difficult conversations. I'm excited to share some of the things I learned with our agents at J Barrett & Company North Shore!

Even after achieving success, the practice of Scripting remains essential. Every single Monday, our team gathers for Scripting sessions. In our recent group session, Melissa of The Lopes Group delivered an insightful Masterclass.

She faced a challenging listing consultation with a married couple who had differing views. Melissa effectively engaged both individuals, validating their concerns and perspectives. She consistently used their names throughout the conversation, maintained an excellent tone, and provided valuable facts. As a result, she successfully secured the (theoretical) listing contract.

Melissa is a top producing agent, but that doesn't mean she has stopped practicing (or collaborating). Yesterday was a clear example that we really are stronger together and can learn from each other every single day.
