Thankfully, we are now at the end of construction and hope to begin occupancy sometime during the winter. While we still have some inside painting to do and are working on punch lists most of our work will now be invisible to you. As a result, we will stop our regular notices and only reach out to you if we have something significant to report.

You know you can always reach me directly if you have any concerns or questions. Shortly, however, responsibility for Harmon Apartments will be turned over to our professional managers – Peabody Property Management. Joe Jerdon (copied hereon) is the Property Manager assigned to Harmon Apartments. Once he is fully installed here I will be turning over all communication to him.

Thank you for bearing with us over what was an extended construction project. We will let you know when we have an open house as we would love you to come by and visit.
