🍤 Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli
📋 Ingredients:
🍤 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
🌭 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
🥦 2 cups broccoli florets
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🍯 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
🥄 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🍚 Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
🌱 Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside. 🍯🧄🍋
