Manufactured Home Park Community Manager
Join our quickly expanding mobile home community property management company team! We seek to employ a long-term dedicated employee with strong integrity and a positive attitude to fill the position of Community Manager for our mobile home communities.
As an industry leader we have a large portfolio of locations in multiple states. We need an experienced team member that is seeking success and professional growth to become a part of and contribute to our growing organization.
Responsibilities
• Direct day to day operations of a mobile home community as well as managing team i.e. maintenance technician, vendors etc.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Work effectively
• Maintain low delinquency.
• Serve notices to tenants
• Answer phones
• Data entry
Requirements/Qualifications include but are not limited to.
• Previous property management experience a plus!
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees, and supervisors in a professional manner
• Individual(s) must be a positive, responsible, self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must seek long-term employment.
