Ha ha! 𤣠Do you think this is accurate?
â ď¸ Warning before meeting Denise: â ď¸
She may seem sweet, friendly, and completely normal at first. Do not be fooled.
Within approximately 10 minutes, she may know more about your house, its estimated value, your neighborhood, whether your landscaping is helping or hurting resale value, and what you should have listed it for than you do.
She has a dangerous combination of psychology training, real estate expertise, excellent taste, and an inability to leave something ugly when she can envision what it could become.
Expect her to:
Casually turn a conversation into a real estate consultation.
Notice bad staging, questionable paint colors, awkward layouts, and missed investment opportunities immediately.
Ask enough questions to uncover your entire situation while somehow making you feel like you did most of the talking.
Spend three hours researching something because she refuses to accept a vague answer.
Decide an old building is ugly⌠then mentally renovate it, redesign the exterior, estimate the construction budget, calculate the lease rate, and figure out what it will be worth afterward.
Be warm and fun while simultaneously being extremely persistent once she has decided something needs to happen.
Have a suspiciously strong ability to turn, âI was just wonderingâŚâ into a full-blown strategy session.
Approach with caution. She is friendly, but you may leave the encounter wanting to buy a house, sell a house, renovate a building, start a business, improve your curb appeal, and completely rethink your financial decisions.
Youâve been warned. đ
