Last week's numbers are available! The slowing down is continuing as we move further into fall. Both King and Snohomish Counties saw large drops in the number of homes closed, coinciding with the low number of homes pending a month ago over Labor Day weekend. Snohomish has definitely seen a decline, particularly in the sale to list prices, which have gone from 101.6% three weeks ago, to 100.05% last week.
