Just sold! This was a wild one to help with. Originally preparing to list 2 years ago, listed June 2026, removed from the market and then relisted a couple of weeks later. We then had multiple offers and got this one sold. I'm happy for my sellers who got what they wanted and honestly the agent on the buyers side who helped get this closed in 15days with no hicups.

April sales numbers are in and aren't as good as some might have hoped. As the market balances itself out, there's still plenty of opportunity out there still for both buyers and sellers.

Just in time for that spring and summer season, thr market started heating up in March for Snohomish County. Theres pros and cons for both buyers and sellers.
