Rhonda clearly explained the pros and cons of buying a short sale property when we showed interest in a short sale house that was in the market.Finally when we signed up with a new construction, Rhonda went above and beyond to work with us and the builder until the end of construction which took almost a year. She had many questions for the builder which helped us in planning and decision making in each and every step of the process.She took initiatives in enquiring about club house rules,adding a gate in our backyard fence etc. which we wouldn't have thought about!
