This cute little rambler in Mountlake Terrace that I sold last week is a great example of an uncommon selling situation, for those sellers that don’t want to put their home on the market.

This seller approached me (as she was referred to me from a past client) in hopes that I could help her. She met with multiple other Realtors before me, who all said they couldn’t help her.

She was in a very tough situation where she couldn’t put the home on the market, couldn’t do any repairs/selling prep, and needed to move out of state asap. She also didn’t want to under-sell the house.

I was able to help her find a buyer that would purchase the home in as-is condition (she could literally just pick up whatever stuff she wanted to take and leave), and get her a free 30 day occupancy after closing to give her time to find her next place.

The best part is, this wasn’t a below market/investor offer. This was a very solid, market price offer that allowed her to pull out of the house what she needed.
