Do any of my Real estate friends have any ideas/suggestions for short term rentals 4-6 months? I need a rental house in Snohomish County, Washington for myself (1 person) short term October through Feb/March. I really don't want to sign a 12 month lease when my house will be ready to move back into by early spring after renovations. I looked into airbnb's/VRBO but none of them would give me a long term discounted rate. I'm not a paying a standard nightly/weekend rent rate.
