These two sisters might just be onto something! 🏡✨

I first met with them in early 2026 because they were interested in investing in real estate. We talked through different strategies, explored possibilities, and started figuring out what the right investment might look like for them.

📈 Mortgage rates are holding around 7.4%, and economists are predicting they could climb even higher. That means buyers may be waiting longer for relief, and affordability will continue to be a challenge. 🏡

My take? Sellers need to price strategically, and buyers need to keep their eyes open because there are opportunities EVERYWHERE!
