We sometimes have to walk a fine line when pricing a home. My job is always to be honest about the market and still push to get my clients the best possible outcome aka the most amount of money 💰 💵

We came out aiming for $1M because that was my clients goal. I was willing to try $995,000 even though I knew the market wasn’t really there. After 38 days and two price adjustments, we’re now at $900,000 and priced to sell. 📉
