August was a LOT 😅

And honestly, the numbers don’t fully reflect just how busy this month felt. Here’s why…

We do a really good job of celebrating the wins, focusing on the positives, and minimizing the madness behind the scenes, and August had plenty of madness!

A recently widowed Buyer had to withdraw her offer after the inspection contingency.
A 24-acre building parcel that has been 7 days and counting of back-and-forth.
Listings that were pushed into September because of delays, and an almost-condemning of another listing, both thanks to the City of Everett. 😳
And so much more...

But here’s the thing… we survived it. We kept moving, kept solving problems, kept showing up, and kept pushing forward.

And today, the boys are officially back to school, so I’m calling that a WIN all by itself. 🙌🏼

A real estate agent’s job often goes far beyond real estate itself.

This family was navigating so much more than the sale of a home, and what they needed was someone who could step in, figure out what needed to happen, and get it done.

That meant coordinating contractors, getting the home ready for market, managing things remotely, and even calling in my boys to help clean out the house. Whatever we could do to make an already difficult season a little easier, we did.
