NEXA's Doctor Loan program has expanded to include more medical professionals, including Registered Nurses, making homeownership more accessible to a larger group of healthcare workers.
A couple of highlights:
✅ Expanded eligibility to include more healthcare professions, including RN's, Chiropractors and Physician's Assistant
✅ Second homes allowed for some medical employment types, which is uncommon among many doctor loan programs
✅ 100% Financing Options available for primary homes.
