Moved to Washington state about 22 years ago. I have lived in various areas around the state. Oak Harbor, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Shoreline, and Magnolia. I know most neighborhoods well. I am a certified Aging in Place specialist (CAPS) for a local construction company. The focus is on accessibility for seniors. Some times alterations can be made to the home to make it accessible and safe. If it's not

economical sometimes it's better to downsize to a one story home. I have traveled all over the United States, Canada, Central America and Northern Europe and seen all kinds of architecture. From Norwegian Royal Palaces to shacks with sand floors in Costa Rica I have enjoyed them all.
