Next up is Hope's husband, Frank, who never shies away from sharing his opinion. Because he believes his beloved Minnesota Vikings are the Kings of the Gridiron and has just as high an opinion of himself, Frank named his fantasy team the Vi-King. Next up in our series of how the characters in the Don't Lose Hope television series chose their fantasy football team name is Hope's younger sister, Darlene. She is a third-grade teacher and would love nothing more than to knock her brother-in-law, Frank, down a peg or two. She chose a team name that is reflective of both of those things. The pun-loving handyman husband of Darlene, Moe, is next in our series of how the characters in Don't Lose Hope chose their fantasy football team names. Stopped by a future listing this morning and the wonderful owners, Jolene and Wayne, let us pick fresh oranges from their tree!!
In time for tomorrow's I'll share one of my favorite orange juice recipes (below).
And if you're interested in a with a detached casita and lots of fruit trees in SW , let me know and we can make it your's so you will have an endless supply of fresh oranges and a great new home.

Ingredients
1 orange , freshly juiced
1- 2 ounces vodka
1 ounce triple sec
3 ounces lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
orange wedges or maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
Fill a pint glass with crushed ice.
Pour vodka and other liquor into the glass.
Add freshly squeezed orange juice.
Top it off with lemon-lime soda (might not need the full amount).
Garnish with an orange wedge and/or maraschino cherry.
