AGL Open weekend in the books.

Played two of the best tournament rounds I’ve had in a long time and recorded my highest rated round ever. The last round had a few bumps in the middle, but also some big highlights and a strong recovery. Drives were flying, putting was dialed in, and the progress I’ve been working toward is starting to show… even if a few trees still got in the way.

Off the course was just as good. Camped creekside with great company, helped tear down an old fire pit and rebuild it into something that should last for years, and ate ridiculously well thanks to good friends. Filets with a blue cheese sauce and herb fingerling potatoes one night, shrimp and scallop pasta the next.

Weekends like this remind me why I love this game. Still learning, still improving, and still having a blast out there.
